This is a vintage set of 5 Japanese lacquered tea coasters, each beautifully handcrafted from natural wood and finished with traditional urushi lacquer.
The elegant petal-shaped design is reminiscent of lotus flowers, creating a refined and calming atmosphere for your tea time or guest hospitality.
Likely made during the mid to late Showa era (1950s–1980s), these coasters come in their original kiri (paulownia wood) box.
Not only ideal for tea ceremonies, but also perfect for serving drinks or as decorative accents in modern Japanese interiors.
