■ Shipping Origin

All items are shipped from Japan.
We take great care in packing your order securely, and all shipments come with tracking.

Depending on the item and destination, we use:

• International: EMS, FedEx, DHL, Japan Post (ePacket, etc.)
• Domestic (within Japan): Yamato, Japan Post

The carrier is selected based on size, weight, and delivery location.

We ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Please allow for slight delays depending on order volume.
• You will receive a tracking number once the item is dispatched.

■ Shipping Damage
