An elegant Japanese obijime cord, hand-braided in the traditional Korai-gumi style using pure silk.
The vivid spring green silk is paired with a blush pink section featuring flowing decorative motifs in metallic gold and green. The reverse reveals a warm golden-brown tone, giving the cord a rich, multidimensional appearance. Its crisp colors and refined woven texture make it a striking accent for kimono styling.
Traditionally worn over the obi to secure and complete a kimono ensemble, this versatile silk cord may also be used as a decorative belt, accessory material, bag-handle accent, or craft strap.
