【説明】
高梨節子（遠刈田系）作の珍しい伝統こけしです。
彼女は有名な職人である佐藤武雄の娘で、家系の伝統を受け継ぎながらも、繊細な筆致と鮮やかな色彩を特徴とする独自の柔らかく女性らしいスタイルを確立しました。
本作は、高梨が「節子」の名で作品にサインを入れ始めた1970年代半ば（1973年頃）のものとされています。
頭部には大胆な赤い放射状の花模様が描かれ、胴体には遠刈田様式の特徴である印象的な赤と緑の植物模様が施されています。こけしの優しい微笑みは、節子の作品ならではの温かさと優雅さを反映しています。
