Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Our products include original artwork, handmade crafts, and vintage items. As each piece is unique and often irreplaceable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please read carefully before purchasing:

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted due to change of mind, color differences, or personal preference.
  • All items are sold as-is, especially vintage or secondhand pieces, which may have minor imperfections, wear, or signs of age. These are considered part of the item's character and authenticity.
  • We provide detailed photographs and descriptions to help you make an informed decision. Please review them thoroughly before purchase.
  • Additional photos or videos can be provided upon request prior to ordering.

In the case of damage during shipping:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (including shipping label and outer box)
  • Your order number

We will assist you with the carrier’s damage claim process.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays, customs fees, or handling issues caused by postal services.
